Education being a key instrument for people’s behaviour change and mindset liberation, TAI works to reduce schools’ dropouts which are resulted from unavailability of safe learning environment for girls and boys in primary and secondary schools. To achieve that, TAI is working to organize the community through community philanthropy approach -an approach that focuses on mobilising community resources both financial and nonfinancial to make improvements of their schools. TAI also advocates for access to affordable sanitary pads for girls who are already in their puberty but the school’s environment does not favor their specific needs. TAI includes a package of Sexual reproductive Health to help girls and boys to refrain from unprotected sexual action which results in unplanned pregnancy.
